All the briefing for application will be held on the following dates.
If you wish to attend please register in advance through registration form (common to all sessions). Please note that all online sessions (1st and 3rd briefing) have the same content.

For Applicant of Master's Course

・GPA Tally Sheet

GPA tally sheet can be obtained here. Please fill the sheet and submit through the Online application system.

For Applicant of Special Oral Examination

・Short Essay for Special Oral Examination

Template for short essay can be obtained here. Please submit the essay through the Online application system.

For Applicants of Regular Admission for Doctor's Course

・Research project and plan

Please refer to the notes on the template, which can be downloaded here, for information on format, layout, number of pages, and submission instructions.

For Applicants of Special Selection for Applicants with Overseas Education (for both Master's and Doctor's Course)

・Research project and plan after admission and the name of the prospective advisor

Template for research project, plan and the name of the prospective advisor can be obtained here. Please sumit the file through the Online application system.

・GRE Test Score

Submission is not mandatory. If you wish to submit, submit the file with scores through the Online application system.

・Letter of recommendation from two faculty members of your former university

Please download the template to include recommendation letters from two faculty members at your former university. Please fill out the template and have the recommenders send it to hees-admission [at] edu.k.u-tokyo.ac.jp.
